Suspension troubles hit Neuville's championship charge .
Estonia's Ott Tanak built a 21.4 second advantage at the Rallye Deutschland, where World Championship leader Thierry Neuville was forced to retire with a suspension problem. Ford M-Sport driver Tanak ended Saturday's Special Stage 17 at Romerstrasse ahead of Citroen's Andreas Mikkelsen, with team-mate Sebastien Ogier some 29.6secs off the pace.As a result of Neuville's enforced withdrawal, Welshman Elfyn Evans moved back up into fourth place, but has more than a minute to make up on his Ford team-mate Ogier, level on points with Neuville in the race for the 2017 title.
